Applications
Advantage
Verification and determination of manganese, used as oxidant. bleaching agents. Photographic reductants and blockers. Battery depolarized. For the preparation of soluble starch.
It can be used as initiator for lotion polymerization of vinyl acetate, acrylate and other olefinic monomers. It is cheap and the lotion has good water resistance. It is also used as a curing agent of urea formaldehyde resin, with the fastest curing speed. It is also used as an oxidant of starch adhesive, which reacts with the protein in the starch component to improve the adhesion. The reference dosage is 0.2% ~ 0.4% of the starch. It is also used as a surface treatment agent for metallic copper.
In the chemical industry, it is used as a raw material for the production of persulfate and hydrogen peroxide; a polymerization promoter for the polymerization of organic polymers, and an initiator for the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomers. Oil and soap are used as bleaching agents. It is also used as a corrosion agent for metal plate etching and oil recovery in the petroleum industry. Food grade is used as wheat modifier and beer yeast mold inhibitor.
